Smaller than you think

I been thinking on writing a new blog in English language to express my thoughts about technology, and the use we do of technology. I finally decide to start after watching a small video of astronauts describing what they see from the International Space Station. One expression was: "The World looks smaller than you think". Inspiring. We do have the same situation, big world but at the end, it's smaller than you think. You will love how big and infinite technology is, and how small solutions you need.

An Agreement is not a Contract

A common mistake is to treat an agreement as a contract. A contract is legaly binded but one agreement is not. In the case of a Service Level Agreement, it is an agreement to define how the service is delivered and measured, and if you need it to be legaly bind, then you put it into a contract. The following image is an example for this error and how it makes it difficult to explain as an external provider:
